The time it takes for our hampers to arrive is dependent on location:

  • Victoria Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Victoria Country: 1-5 working days
  • NSW, ACT & SA Metro & Country: 2-5 working days
  • QLD, TAS & WA Metro: 4-8 working days
  • QLD, NT, TAS & WA Country: 6-10 working days

Please note that these times may change during peak seasons without further notice. As a guide only, our carriers deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday only. Our carriers do not deliver Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Deliveries must be to street addresses only, as carriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, RMB's or Parcel Boxes.

We will attempt to deliver as close as possible to your requested delivery date. Interhampers use external carriers and make every possible effort to deliver an order by the date requested. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. Hampers may arrive up to 5 days earlier depending on destination.

All hampers are shipped free of charge and can be shipped to multiple locations at no added expense.

Express Services will incur additional costs.

Yes you can!

MELBOURNE METRO ONLY. For an additional fee we can offer same day delivery service. The order must be received by 11am. Orders received after 11am will be delivered the next day. Please call our office for a delivery quote on 1300 888 371. Please note: this service will be limited during peak season depending on our carrier availability.

Interhampers has arranged with our carriers to provide automatic notification of despatch of your hampers. This is sent to you via the email address that you provide at time of order. This notification gives you the consignment note details which you can track online for your convenience.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Interhampers if an order does not arrive by the due date. We will lodge inquiries with the carrier and ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Please note we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, however every attempt is made to deliver on or just before the required date.

We deliver only within Australia, as international freight would incur additional shipping costs at a significantly higher rate. However, you are welcome to organise your freight forwarder to be sent to us to pick the stock up on your behalf and at your cost. Please call us on 1300 888 371 to discuss your needs.

Yes, we offer full invoicing that will keep your accountant happy :)

Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted. Fees for Amex 2.5% apply. GST is included in all prices. Order payment is required prior to despatch, however, for large corporate orders, credit terms may be available.

Please note if any advertised product is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, an item of the same or greater value will be substituted. All contents in each hamper has been specified in the list of contents which can be viewed on our website.
